The carrier comes in a variety of gender neutral color schemes that papa will be happy to wear, too. And did I mention comfortable? The weight limit is 40 pounds. One of my favorite uses for my ERGO is for grocery shopping. I put my youngest child on my back and my preschooler in the cart and GO! When other carriers claim to make the parent hands free, this one truly does the trick!

I received a Bjorn as a gift when my first child was born and got a lot of use out of it. However, both my kids are small, so while I'm still using it for my 11-month-old, someone with a larger baby would probably have retired it by now.
I also have a Maya Wrap sling and I can't say enough good things about it. It is easily the most versatile baby gear I've ever had. I used it to carry and breastfeed my infant, and also as a hip/back carrier for my older child. At 50 dollars, it's a cheaper alternative for someone who doesn't want to spend the money for the ERGO.
